You'll have a private spring of your own to enjoy in the form of the fully screened-in pool and the large, corner-lot property hangs heavy with the fragrant scent of the citrus trees that dot the yard. A wet bar equipped with a built-in grill-top, bar seating, and a four-seater dining table provide the perfect setting for outdoor happy hours and poolside barbecues.

Inside, you'll be greeted by the elegant ambiance of a wood-burning fireplace, with a luxe leather sectional and smart TV furnished for pampered comfort and home entertainment. The impressive full kitchen is a centerpiece all its own with features including a floating island prep station, an eat-in nook, and a peninsula bar stocked with plenty of glassware and a beverage fridge. A full suite of major appliances makes it easy to whip up family-style feasts. Everyone will appreciate the added convenience of the home's single-level layout. Home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer add an extra layer of comfort during your stay.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
