Living Room And Family Room. Well Stocked, Efficient Kitchen. Washer And Dryer. There's A Nice Deck At The House, And Another Just Above The Dock And Retaining Wall At The Lake. Nice Grassy Yard Between The Deck And The Bureau Of Reclamation Land, Then Stairs Down To The Wooded BOR Section, And Then Across To The Dock. Gas Barbeque. There Is No "Beach" Here. No Smoking. One Small, Well Attended, Outdoor Dog, May Be Acceptable With An Increased Security Deposit, And Advance Management Approval....Ask About The Pet Policy Here When Reserving. BEDROOM LAYOUT...On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a bathroom, next to this bedroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. One large room has two queen beds, one set of bunks, and a crib. Another large room has one double, and three twins. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is one bathroom, accessed from the hall, on this floor. The laundry room is upstairs also.
