Our luxurious executive single-storey family home is situated on the residential development of Indian Creek which is 1 mins drive from Highway 192. The actual location of the villa is in a quiet road with no thru traffic. Our home is a superior detached villa with stunning designer interiors & high vaulted ceilings, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans to give that feeling of space and opulence, and is fully equipped to the highest luxury standards.
All rooms (except for bathrooms and kitchen) are fully carpeted for that extra touch of luxury. It has full air conditioning and its own covered patio, private swimming pool & jacuzzi spa with Bug screen and privacy fenced for extra security. It is set on a corner plot so the site is wider than most of the surrounding houses. The villa is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to all legal and safety requirements including smoke alarms & fire extinguisher.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms & will accommodate 8 people. The main Master bedroom has a Queen bed with beautiful en-suite bathroom (heart-shaped bath), the 2nd master bedroom has a 5' bed also with en-suite facilities, both these 2 rooms with LCD TV, and two other twin-bedded rooms sharing the family bathroom, these 2 with TV/DVD, making our home ideal for two families sharing. There is a large lounge/great room with Home Theater complete with Surround Sound TV/DVD/VHS/X Box and games, Dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (with ice maker), microwave, toaster etc. together with a full compliment of crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the large double garage. Two hairdryers, an iron and ironing board are also supplied. A telephone in the kitchen provides free local calls. Cot & highchair can be available, please enquire upon booking. All linens & towels are provided, although we ask you to bring your own cot linen.
The villa is maintained by a local professional management company who ensures that the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning and maintenance of our home is a very high priority for us and our management company always ensures that these are completed to rigorous standards. The swimming pool and lawns are also maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore, a co-ordinator is on 24 hour call in case of emergencies. The house and patio area is totally non-smoking.
The location is perfect, just a short drive to all the attractions, shops and restaurants that make Kissimmee so popular. It is conveniently situated just 1.5 miles to the southeast of Animal Kingdom and just a very short drive to Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, & International Drive.
Formosa Gardens is the sign to look out for and this provides the nearest shopping area for groceries (large supermarket), several good restaurants and takeaways, bars and cinema, this is all just 1 mile away from the house on the same road. There are opportunities to use special offer & discount voucher books to many attractions available in the area are these are readily available from a great variety of sources. There is a large recreational area nearby and a safe jogging trail around the development.
