We have a wonderful second floor apartment with two bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, great open layout kitchen, living room, dining area, sun deck with views of the neighborhood, hills and bay. The apartment is light, bright, sunny and very easy to live in. We can sleep up to 4 guests. The flat comes equipped with WIFI, digital cable (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore & Starz), fully equipped kitchen to whip up a feast or just warm something up in the microwave. We are blocks from the wonderful 24th Street shops, boutiques and restaurants. Our neighborhood is quiet, the back deck is serene and the whole flat has a very relaxing vibe to it. Come for a longer stay or just a few nights, but live like a local at Casa Feliz while you're here, the happy house!

Our neighborhood & parking: We are three blocks walk to 24th Street, which is the main street in the Noe Valley neighborhood. 24th Street has approximately 25 restaurants ranging from mom and pop local spots to a few chain restaurants such as Pasta Pomodoro, Toast, Barney's burgers, Starbuck's and Pete's. There are also shops that sell anything from hip clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, to children's toys, unique ethnic items, books, art materials, yarns, fabrics etc.. There are a melange of shops and trades. 24th Street is always bustling with people shopping, eating or just out enjoying the day. There is also a newly built Whole Foods organic market exactly three blocks walk from out apartment to make getting groceries fun and easy. The Whole foods market has a wonderful do it yourself salad bar, deli counter, prepared foods counter, hot bar and coffee bar all along with groceries, vitamins, personal care items and the like. We do not have a driveway or private parking space, but FREE STREET parking is available.
Our style: We are a laid back rental for people looking to have a home base from which to explore San Francisco. We have Aireloom pillow top queen beds in each bedroom, we provide all linens (bathing and bedding), pots, pans, utensils even toilet paper. The apartment is also equipped with free WIFI, digital cable with; HBO, Cinemas, Showtime, Starz & Encore movie channels. All you need to do is bring your personal items and start exploring the city.
Please note that there are 20 steps leading up to the front door and may now work for people with strollers, toddlers, bad knee or joint problems.
