INDIAN HOT SPRINGS CABINS ON THE CREEK

If you are looking for a quaint little get away for two, this cabin is awesome. This is not the Ritz, nor do you come here for that... but it is nice. It would fit our family too, and since you really don't come to the mountains to stay in your room... anyhow...
The cabin was clean, and stocked with the essentials to make a decent breakfast utensil wise. Bring your favorite spatula for turning eggs, if you know what I mean, as this is just the basics. A few cups, plates, forks, knives, pots and pans... but if you are a larger group you will need to supplement. Clean fridge, gas stove, sink, heat kicks butt, shower is great! Close enough to the inn with the pool, yet far enough away you don't feel like the next room can hear every word. All of you modern day needs are met in this cabin. We have been here for two days, and can't wait to come up again!!!
The little creek, is just that.. a little creek. We had fun jumping it like kids! I am sure our kids will have fun playing here too. There were a couple deer when we arrived yesterday right out front.
Like I said, its a cabin, in Idaho Springs. Where you come to go swimming in the Indian Hot Springs, walk the shops, enjoy the fresh air, and the stars at night.
We were a little worries because of the other review, but took a chance and are more than satisfied. Keep in mind we are regular working class type of folks, who had to save the money for a couple months to afford a trip like this. If you are like us, you will enjoy yourselves! A side note, the Indian Springs people are good too! The front desk lady, especially the one with the long dark curly hair, is friendly, and fair. We scheduled a $42 hour at one of the outside hot tubs, and it was so hot, it made me sick. We couldn't enjoy it. I asked, "I know its probably not feasible, but since we couldn't enjoy it..." she asked if we wanted to try again, and I didn't want to risk it, being sick again on a short trip. They refunded the money... Anyhow, I thought it was very important to get this review up here... just in case there is anyone else like me looking!
