We bought this lovely condo six years years ago to enjoy beautiful Puerto Vallarta, we would love for you to enjoy it too. This home is located just up the hillside in Amapas, which means spectacular sunsets from the pool deck in a lovely upscale neighborhood.
But if you want nightlife, shopping and restaurants, this is your place! A taxi can take you into Old Town in about 1 minute, or enjoy the 10 minute walk down the stairs to the finest entertainment that Vallarta has to offer.
We have furnished this home for your comfort. All newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, luxury bedding and just about any kitchen utensil you could imagine! Free high speed internet and Vonage line to the US and Canada are included. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains if you choose to sleep in late.
You will have your housekeeper come twice a week. Only $260 pesos if you would like her more often. Concierge services are available for additional costs...perhaps a cook?

We live in Oakland California. The kids are mostly on their own...but the pets are not! We have an Aussie, a Pom, 2 cats..and Winston's favorite a pink cockatoo named Bubbles.

We love Puerto Vallarta. Of all the places in the world, there is just nothing like PV...with its warm people, Old Town, & the best restaurants in the world! Ask us for recommendations.
You can walk to the beach or town in about 10 minutes. Taxis usually wait near the bottom of the condo if you would rather take transportation...We love that when you go back to the condo after exploring the town or beach it is so relaxing.
My wife, our adult son, and his girlfriend, spent New Years week in PV, staying at this VRBO rental. Ironically, on our last visit, we had looked at a condo to buy in Loma Linda, the larger complex next door, so we were already quite familiar with the neighborhood, including the easy walk down to the beach, and the slightly less easy walk back up (although no worries as taxis are cheap and plentiful). As others have written, the condo is large and comfortable, with a lovely view, and even over New Years week, was astonishingly quiet. What really made it stand out, and we're veterans of many a rented vacation home, was how homey it felt. I cannot remember the number of times we said "I wonder if they have a (fill in the blank)" only to find that yes, they have one, whether it was a crock pot or a lime squeezer or a tortilla warmer or any cooking device imagineable. We got into the habit of having nice dinners out, bringing home the inevitable left-overs, then preparing them with eggs and tortillas for breakfast on the terrace. Also worth noting, as others have, is how pleasant and communicative both the owners and the on-site management were. My only caveat would be to suggest that families with small children look elsewhere. The owners have obviously taken time and care with their furniture and art, which may not fare well in small, inquisitive hands. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
I've used VRBO for several rentals. The condo is very nice and the location is good. It's a few steps down to the beach but we were there in less than 10 min every day. What set this place apart were the owner and manager. They were very accommodating and answered emails promptly. Very cool people and I will stay here again.
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. Condo was perfect and much bigger than I expected. Everything we could possibly need and more was available to us. It was great to be able to see the amazing PV sunset right from the patio. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. Thanks for the exceptional service!
Just returned from 9 days at this beautiful condo. The unit is exactly as pictured and described. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is probably the most well equipped of any unit I've ever rented, complete with high end appliances and an excellent assortment of cooking tools. The crock pot was an added bonus! The building is beautifully maintained and the pool heated to just the right temperature. Security and safety were never a concern. Pam was such a pleasure to work with and made both the reservation process and arrival a breeze. Angel from the property management company was very thorough in his orientation (another best ever), and made our arrangements for a canopy tour and car rental so easy! While the unit is located up the hill from old town the walk down was easy with the return providing a good workout in the absence of a workout facility. Don't let this discourage you as cabs are easy to obtain and cost very little should you decide to pass on the walk. We would definitely stay here again.

It was even better than we expected...it is the little things that make a difference...nice mattresses and towels, black out curtains for those late mornings :). Pool is great...very sunny and warm. Curt and I walked into town in about 5 minutes....everything is so close!

I had a great stay at the condo. Very clean, great furnishings and all the other owners at the condo were very friendly. The company managing the condo was very easy to work with as well. Deposit of 50% required to reserve dates and is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the property. If the property books for the same time period then we will refund the deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Holiday period of December 20 - January 4 requires a non-refundable 50% deposit. Holiday balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
