PRICING LISTED BELOW IS INCLUSIVE!! BUT INCLUSIVE PRICING IS BASED ON A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. CLEANING FEE OF $100 IS GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR STAYS OF 6 NIGHTS OR LESS.

This is a home with an absolutely perfect elevated view of the golf course. Which means you have no golfers driving past your back door while you are swimming or having a meal by the pool. But you can still enjoy the view and watch some nice tee shots if you wish.

This home is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We purchased this home as our primary vacation home. We immediately began renovating it by having the pool resurfaced, property landscaped, some privacy screening added around the dining portion of the deck, ceiling fans, new couch, love seats, living room tables, TV stand, and a beautiful 50' flat screen TV as the living room center piece. We also just replaced all the master bedroom furniture with a beautiful king bedroom set. In February 2012 we had the garage carpeted and a new pool table, shuffle board and a multicade arcade machine with 60 games added for your enjoyment. When we were just down on vacation in May 2012 we added a new propane BBQ and new large high end patio table and chairs. We also had an outdoor ceiling fan installed over the eating area. To keep the pool nice and warm there is a solar blanket there on an easy roller for your convenience. In June 2012 we had new carpeting installed throughout the home and a new high efficiency and QUIET water pump for the pool. There's nothing worse than trying to get a nights sleep and the pool pump keeps turning on and off all night keping you awake.

For your safety and piece of mind we had a top of the line easy to use alarm system installed. Every door and window has high end sensors and motion detectors that keep you and your family protected 24 hours a day.

Since we have three young children the games room became quite a priority to us. Even though it already had items that made it a top end games room, we decided to add more to make it an unforgettable games room you and your kids will tell all their firends about. We added a high end multicade system (in addition to the other 60 game multicade system) which has 711 games which are played on the attached large flat screen tv. We also added an electronic dart board and cabinet system (soft tipped darts for safety). No games room in Florida is fun if its too hot. So we had the garage door insulated, the ceiling insulated, a vent installed to remove hot air, and two outdoor ceiling fans installed. Our management team takes care of over 100 homes and says they have never managed a home with a games room this nice.

In November 2012 we just added a nice little computer corner to this house with a new laptop and printer for your convenience.

This home is our primary vacation home for my family so it is maintained to a high standard. We have a management company on site who keeps our home at the highest level as well as additional upgrades added by myself each time I visit with the family.

Our management company is there to meet and greet you upon your arrival and be ready to assist you right away should anything need immediate assistance. They not only maintain our homes in the Southern Dunes community, they also live there. In fact one of the top members of our management company liked our homes so much that he moved his family into one of ours and rents full time from us.

You are not comparing apples to apples with other 4 bedroom homes in the development when looking at a vacation home in Southern Dunes. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. And when you are discussing your family vacation isn't it worth a little more to get them that home they will always talk about? We know you'll love this home and want to come back year after year.

Why Craig chose Haines City

My family has been heading down to Florida the past 4 years and rented houses. We spent a year looking at different developments and loved the Southern Dunes location so much we decided to buy our first vacation home here. Its 20 minutes from the gates of Disney, 35 minutes to Universal Studios, and 15 minutes from the new Legoland and Waterpark. Southern Dunes is a 24/7 guarded and gated community. One of the things we loved most about the location is there's a Wal-Mart right outside the gates. You see people in Southern Dunes walking every day to get groceries etc. because its so close. There's also McDonalds, Checkers, Papa John's, Burger King, Domino's Pizza, Taco Bell, Winn Dixie, KFC and more right outside the gates. There's great shopping within 10 minutes including Best Buy, JC Penny, Target, Lowe's and Dick's Sporting Goods. They are in the process of building a new cinema less than 10 minutes away as well. I can't stress how convenient it is having Disney 20 minutes away. While I was working on the house I would drop the family of in the morning rate at the drop off zone at the front doors of Disney and pick them up later. It really is only 20 minutes away.

The Unique Benefits of this House

We wanted this house to first and foremost be our family vacation home. So we have fixed it up that way. Other rental properties get run down because the owner never visits. We are completely the opposite. This house has been turned into a home I am proud to have my family and friends visit. For example. We put a new 50' flat screen tv in the living room as well as flat screen tv's in the two bedrooms with queen beds. We didn't just stick with normal cable in the main living area, we have over 300 channels including HDTV. It really is a home away from home.

We specifically purchased our vacation home in this area because the location is second to none. You are in a beautiful guarded and gated golf community that house a Wal-Mart within a 15 minute walk. Then when the urge to hit the theme parks is there you are only 30 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from all the Disney parks, and 15 minutes from the new Legoland theme park and water park. Its perfect.

Our stay was a positive experience. We arrived as 2 families and the access to house and first impression was great. Kids loved the games room and pool. Only 20 mins to Disney and 30 mins to Universal studios. Approximately 1 hr to beach.

The house was everything we could hope for in a vacation home. We enjoyed the pool area and the games room the most. The close proximity to shopping and attractions was a great bonus we would recommend this home to vacationing families for sure.

The house offered all the amenities needed to feel like home and office away from home. The quick attention to the internet connection was greatly appreciated. The games room was perfect for the kids to keep busy when we weren't out and about. It was large enough for everyone one to have space to enjoy. The proximity to the gold course was perfect for the golf enthusiasts and a quick drive to shopping and theme parks that allowed a great variety to our time in Florida. I am looking forward to returning for a quick visit again in a few weeks!
