Come relax in this wonderful, new rental home with an open floor plan. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, with 1 King size bed, two queen, four twins, Jacuzzi tub in the master, extra large comfy shower, granite counters, washer/dryer & terrific Ocean View. Community pool & private boardwalk just a short, 3 minute, walk away. Sleeps 10 - 12 people ONLY. NO smoking, NO pets.

This house is huge. It has 3 decks with fantastic ocean views, outdoor charcoal BBQ and sink. The bedrooms are unusually large and comfortable with tons of closet space and built-in drawers. Very modern kitchen, central A/C . This home has nearly 3000 sq ft’ of living space, and an additional 500 sq. ft of deck space. Reserve early – this is one of the nicest rental properties on the island. Only 7 miles from downtown Port Aransas.

Must be 25 yrs.old to lease this home.

Gem of a property!!

We have rented a total of six properties in Port A and this one is by far our favorite! It's obvious the owners want you to have a top-rated experience - the property is nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Typically vacation properties are filled with cheap furnishings and appliances, but not this house. Every comfort of home can be found, with the addition of two huge wrap porches, a great grill and outdoor kitchen and bar. The neighborhood itself is quiet and the few residents that live in the neighborhood are extremely friendly. As the house is the only one on a cul de sac, it makes is very private.

The only downside is that the property itself is close to 381, so you hear the highway noise. A white noise machine or box fan is recommended. While we were there the wifi wasn't working, but we solved the problem by making one of our phones a hot spot.

Great house. Highly recommend it.

The house was not clean. We went with another family and we had 3 kids. Babies were finding cheerios and other trash and old food that the people before us had left. My 7 month old gagged on one of the cheerios. And it took all of me not to clean the baseboards and doors myself during our stay.The location was nice. Just not satisfied with the cleanliness.
Owner's Response: My apologies. The home was under contract and our cleaning crew was not used. I wish you would have called me. I would have been there right away. I do hope you had a good time.

Wonderful Escape

This was the perfect house had everything we needed and clean :) We had 3 family under one roof and never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved the private boardwalk to the beach. It was so nice being on the beach and not feeling like we were crowded. Our favorite part was the view from the top floor balcony, we spent nights out here enjoying the sounds and breeze of the ocean. This is a great place to get away but yet just a short drive to town to enjoy the shops and resurants.

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a blast during the week we spent in this house. We enjoyed the fact the the houses in the area were pretty spread out from each other for privacy. The pool and the short walk to the beach were definite positives. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 little ones. The view and breeze on the decks was awesome. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with. We found several nice restaurants in Port A. We especially liked The Beach and Station St. Grill.
