Staying with Rick and Gabby is the best way to see Costa Rica

Without a doubt, there is no better place I could have stayed in Costa Rica. When I arrived, they gave me access to a gated driveway and I had fresh sheets on the bed. Not only was the house absolutely magnificant, but the owners are some of the nicest people I have met in any country. They knew the region and told me about different places I should see. Towards the end of my travels, they made a habit of inviting me for breakfeast and cooked me different traditional Costa Rican dishes. Gabriella even taught me enough Spanish so that I could get by in Santa Cruz and Nicoya.
Being a solo traveler, I was hesitant about not knowing any locals or the language, but the owners of this property made me feel at home. I guarantee if you choose this house, you will not regret it. Rick taught me about sustenance farming, while Gabby taught me to cook traditional costa rican dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. When I was sunburnt from a day at the beach, Gabby researched treatments and made me a home remedy to bring down the swelling. I have never met nicer people, and I doubt I ever will. My only fear is that this review is not glowing enough to reciprocate their kindness and hospitality.
