Villa, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Located in the quiet gated community of Marbella at Davenport, this villa is newly furnished to the highest standard, featuring 2 King suites with separate tub and shower, and 2 twin bedrooms – sleeps 8 comfortably. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD players.

Located 15 minutes from Disney and less than 10 minutes to a Walmart Supercenter, Publix Supermarket, The Posner Park shopping mall and numerous dining options, everything you need to enjoy your stay is close at hand, including golf!

Comfortable living and dining room areas provide plenty of room for cooking, eating and relaxing. The living area has high definition big screen TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, two leather sofas and a love seat. All bedrooms have their owns flat screen cable TVs with DVD players so the kids can enjoy their own shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster - in fact everything you need to enjoy preparing a meal at home. Full laundry facilities are provided. To further add to your convenience during your stay there is free wireless high speed Internet and long distance phone calls to USA and Canada. The pool area is screened so that you’re comfortable while dining or lounging outside.

We spent Christmas week at this beautiful home with our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter. The home is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It is close to the parks and many eating establishments. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool! The gated community is great. Rob and Julia are wonderful people to work with!! Spent two weeks in this beautiful home.Close to everything.The house had everything you could ever need during your stay.It was so spacious and comfortable,pool was fantastic.Would recomend this home to all,in fact returning myself in a few months ,cant wait!!!!!

I have never seen orange orchards before, so that was a added plus; driving through a couple of them to get to the house. The house itself is really nice; nice layout, nice decor, great pool too!
Location is great, right between Disney World and Legoland if you plan to take your kids there.

Great shopping location!

Just spent a week here on a girl's shopping trip. Had a wonderful time. The Villa is very comfortable, clean and has everything you are looking for in a home away from home. Great location.... close to the outlet malls and the airport. Really liked the two master bedroom suites, and walk-in closets. Looking forward to next year already. Maybe I'll bring the kids next time since it has so much space and is close to Disney.
