Cozy home away from home

Our family stayed at the condo from Dec 28th until Dec. 31st. The mild weather in many ways was great for hiking, walking through town, driving...However our oldest was disappointed in lack of snow for skiing at Panorama so we went to Kicking Horse, which he really enjoyed.
The condo itself was very spacious, clean and, other than our toiletries and groceries, it was all very well stocked. One thing I should mention is that the tub had a powder in it when we got there, I assume it was a cleaner. I just rinsed it down before filling the tub. The washroom towels and floor matts were top quality softness!!We found everything we needed in the kitchen to do our cooking. I highly recommend bringing lots of groceries from home. Radium food prices are quite high, especially dining out.
The fireplace gives off a lot of heat so there was no concern about being too cold. There is also extra bedding. We are a family of 5 but could have slept an extra 2 if one was willing to sleep on the sofa.
Our first morning there we woke up to a herd of Mountain goats in the park off the deck. It was incredible...but be careful - they can charge!
Anyone who likes to walk, the Radium Hot Springs is a good walking distance away with a sidewalk all the way there. There is a bit of an incline at one point which almost tuckered me out, but was so glad we kept walking, it was definitely a highlight.

Owner's Response: I also can't believe the lack of snow this year, all across western Canada. We however were in Radium this last week and both Panorama and Kicking Horse had amazing snow. In regards to groceries BC prices are higher however we find the Sobeys in Invermere very reasonable.
