The Floor to Ceiling windows afford 60 feet of Ocean Views! Sunset views and Ocean views are Spectacular! Tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Watch the beach activity from your own private balcony. The sugar-sand beach and crystal clear water awaits you.

We have a full kitchen with refrigerator and auto-ice, dishwasher, microwave, as well as all pots, pans, and dishes. 1400 sq ft with large rooms, walk-in closets, both bedrooms have king beds, queen sofa sleeper for addiitonal guests in living room. The living has a TV with VCR and DVD player. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer. FREE WiFi access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Located Right on the Beach, 60 feet overlooking the beach and ocean waves. Each room has floor to ceiling ocean views. Nearby is the new Pier Park Mall, Gulf World, City Pier, Boar's Head Restaurant, Frank Brown Park and many other amusements and restaurants. Easy access off Hwy 79 to Front Beach Road. Quieter end of the beach but many things to do and easy access to everything without the traffic.

Over 1400sf with 60 feet of ocean view. No singles under age 25 per complex regulations. Smoking Not Allowed: This is a non-smoking condo.

After many stays in Panama City Beach we have found where we will be staying from now on. Seachase Condos are low rise, only 8 stories and on the quiet end of the beach. Sharon is a great owner. She is easy to work with and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The condo itself was very clean and was centrally located so that getting to Pier Park and the other attractions was a breeze. We so enjoyed the balcony and inside the condo itself as every room in the condo has amazing views. If your looking for a great condo then look no further. You've found it.

Loved this property. The condo is nicely furnished (we over packed). It felt like home away from home and we enjoyed every minute spent there. The view from the room and balcony was amazing. Mrs. Sharon is very enjoyable to speak with. I enjoyed dealing with these owners. They were very nice and aswered all my questions. We will be heading back to this property this weekend and I can not wait to check in!!!!

Wonderful View in Very Comfortable Surroundings

My husband and I decided at the last minute to support the Gulf Coast. How fortunate for us that this property was available. There are 2 Masters with king beds and a great view from each. We called a couple of friends and relatives to join us when we saw how large the unit was. Unfortunately for them, they couldn't drop everything and come; their loss. Watch the dolphins play in the Gulf or walk the beach in the morning. Swim in the calm to gently breaking water. Return to the small, but adequate pool and lounge chairs. Walk next door and rent a jet ski or go parasailing. Cook dinner or go out. We will return to Seachase and this unit, if available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
