About this property

Get some R&R at our cute, updated home near downtown St. Pete. Three bedrooms featuring 2 king size beds and 1 double bed. Our home is located in a super fun area in the Grand Central District. Walk to central avenue for bars or adorable shops, or kick back and chill with the smart tv's in the living room and bedrooms. Our home is about a mile away and an easy walk to Tropicana Field!! Lots of street parking available.

We have stainless steel appliances, an adorable kitchen and super cute floors. There are 3 bedrooms, two equipped with king size beds with comfy memory foam mattresses (the lush pillows are something to brag about as well), plus a newly added bedroom with a full size/double bed. There is one bathroom between0 the two king size rooms and the full/double room has an en-suite bathroom.

**NO PETS ALLOWED**

**No Third Party Bookings allowed! The person that books the house MUST be the one staying. This is very important so that we can maintain communication during the entire stay**
