Our Private, clean, family friendly, fully furnished, one level home, offers 1,700 square feet. Our home was completely renovated in the summer of 2010. Lots of windows and skylights make the house sunny and light, yet offer privacy via the surrounding foliage. Grill and backyard furniture designed to make entertaining outside as easy as in.

Our home is located in a prime location of Hilton Head Plantation gated residential community, containing 4,000 landscaped acres, nature preserves, private beach, beach side recreation area, and four golf courses. Our home offers a quiet, private location with the ability to walk through the backyard to the bike / pedestrian path that lead to the pool, tennis courts, playground, nature trails, private beach.
Distance to Beach / Playground / Dolphin Head Recreation = 1.75 miles
Our home is within walking, biking, or driving distance, 1.75 mile, to the most private / quiet beach on all of Hilton Head Island, Pine Island Beach. (Pine Island Beach is connected to Dolphin Head Recreation. Dolphin head recreation includes a 1 and 1/2 mile walk down Port Royal Sound, playground for the children, pavilion with grills and picnic tables, etc.)

Local favorite restaurants The Boat House, Chart House, Hudsons, Crazy Crab are within biking distance of our home, right outside the back gate.

We are a family of three, with two pomeranians, that live on Hilton Head Island for the majority of the year. We only rent our home during the school holidays, at which time we travel to visit our extended family.
We love living on Hilton Head Island! We find we have everything right on our doorstep. It is like being on holiday everyday. We live in Hilton Head Plantation, which is a private residential community, situated on over 4000 acres in a natural setting, between Port Royal Sound and Skull Creek on the Intracoastal Waterway. This provides a nice calm, family orriented environment that is close to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, Savannah and the Lowcountry have to offer.
