YOU'RE PAYING FOR THE VIEW SO WHY NOT HAVE THE BEST IN PGA WEST.

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for a period of just over 3 months. That's a long time to be away from your own home, but from the minute we stepped in, we felt "at home". Everything we could possibly need was provided for us. The condominium was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed. We walked our dog every morning around the entire PGA West property and had the opportunity to view many other rental properties. This one by far had the best views of the entire complex. I was so happy we had chosen this one. We had our morning coffee watching the sun play on the mountain beyond the lake and waterfall, just steps from the door, and an abundance of hummingbirds to entertain us. After whatever excursion we went on for the day, we relaxed on the shady patio drinking afternoon cocktails made from sun warmed grapefruit picked right from the tree which provided the shade. Given the location of this condo, we had very little foot traffic. This condo is situated in a little "U" shaped grouping which afforded quite a lot of privacy.
During our stay we golfed at least twice a week, played tennis, road our bikes and tried the many restaurants in the area. The grocery store was also nearby, and the kitchen well appointed, that staying in and preparing our own meals was easy. We had the pleasure of experiencing the Humana Golf Challenge just by walking around our own neighborhood (I stood two feet from Phil Mickleson!!) and also attended several events at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden during the BNP challenge.
Working with the owners was such a delight. They couldn't have been more gracious sharing their home with us and attending to our every need. I can't wait till next January to rent this property again.
