Enjoy grilling on your brick patio while looking at the ocean, playing volleyball or just chillin. You are close to everything, the sand, Surfing, Venice Beach, Restraunts, Boating, Fishing, Biking, shops, its all there for you to enjoy. 1 car garage if you need to drive at all. Marina del Rey is a wonderful get away whether it be for Vacationing or Business. Short term rate is $4,500.00 a month, Ocean included! $1,500.00 a week, utilities included. Why Dan chose Marina del Rey

Very private Beach, Great Weather it allows me to do all the things I enjoy year round, coming from the mid west where we lived for the Sun I have it all. If I decide to go to the snow it is an hour drive to Mountain resorts, Big Bear, Snow Summit, etc. I also work in the area and has easy access to all parts of town.

What makes this apartment unique

Lovely Sunsets, Walk or Bike to the Jetty and watch the Sea Life, feel like you are out of the city yet close enough to get to everything I need.
