At our prices and location this is hands down the BEST deal on the beach or bay! – Uniquely tucked away, this unit is located only a few blocks from BOTH the Ocean and Bay. Walk or use our beach cruisers to travel the miles of boardwalks and store fronts. No hassle of fighting the beach area parking - this unit has a private parking space free to you.

We require a 4 night minimum during winter months and 7 night Saturday - Saturday reservations in the summer.

Our Sail Bay's Captain Quarters is your traditional 1940’s one bedroom beach bungalow apartment, beautifully restored and modernized for you. Why sacrifice style and cleanliness for price? With a private sun deck and a full-size BBQ these quarters will feel more like a quaint home. Remodeled: with its original refurbished hardwood floors, granite counter tops and new retro black and white bathroom flooring; this light, bright and airy unit will be a delight to return to after long days of exploring “America’s Finest City” (San Diego)

Flat Screen Plasma TV/DVD (cable with free HBO + movies), Phone with Free Long Distance & International* Calling, Complete Home Office, Cable Internet and Wi-Fi, too! Excellent Place and Wonderful Owners!

This was a wonderful place!
My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I had asked if the owners could put some roses in the condo for my wife. Sure enough! There was a huge beautiful bouquet of roses waiting for us when we arrived.
The area is very nice and quiet and close to the beach. The place was very well stocked and clean.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

Visiting our daughter

The condo was a perfect fit for my wife and myself. It was within walking distance of our daughter's home and close to everything we needed. We took advantage of all of the amenties. We rode along the beach boardwalk and entertained our daughter and her fiance. The owners of the condo were very prompt in dealing with the one problem we had in the condo. They had the issue fixed and were very fair with us. We really felt relaxed and rejuvenated during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!

Perfect location to everything you want to do in San Diego. EZ access to highways and local beaches. The place is spotless. The owners provide "toys" such as bikes, beach chairs, sunbrellas, surf boards, etc. which is a HUGE bonus. Diana and Rob were perfect hosts to their property and San Diego.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

I traveled alone and was pleased with the safe location, the coziness, and the brightness of Kerry's Corner. . I appreciated the extra thought to have good speakers so I could hook my iPad up and play music. Plus, the deck was great. Not many places in Pacific Beach have them.
