St Pete Beach Condo Rental Photos and Description
Condo, 1 Bedroom + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)
This luxury beach front condo, built in 2003, is a corner unit with the front balcony directly facing the beach and the added feature of the side balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The front balcony is the perfect place to watch our incredible sunsets as well as to be mesmerized by the forever changing faces of the ocean. It's also a great place to watch for dolphins swimming by. From the side balcony you can look down and watch your family in the pool, tell them when lunch is ready and drop down forgotten towels or goggles. While watching your family in the pool you can also see the beach.
The bedroom has a new king size bed and the den has a trundle bed. The bottom twin bed of the trundle can be pulled out and slept on in the lower position or raised to the same height as the top bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and granite counter tops. There are two full bathrooms also with granite counter tops. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
The bedroom has wall to wall carpeting and all the rest of the floors are ceramic tile.
There is a grocery store, restaurants and shopping within walking distance, a Trolley that goes from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater or to downtown St. Petersburg and a free (for tips) local shuttle service.

I love the beach and swimming in the ocean! This is my favorite place to be. The sand is a sugary soft white and the ocean is so clear that you can usually see the sand bottom all the way out to the sand bar.
This is also a great place to meet and spend time with our four children and six grandchildren. They love it too. Besides the pool and beach they enjoy both the aquariums in Clearwater and Tampa, the Lowry Zoo, walking to Sandbar Bills and Crabby Bills for lunch, going fishing off the dock at Merry Pier, going to Shell Island, ice cream at Paradise Sweets or Larrys or Uncle Andys at the Don CeSar, or a Red Sox game at Tropicana Field and much much more.

Why Jan chose St Pete Beach
This property was vacant land belonging to my parents and then my brother and I. We used to vacation in various parts of Florida when I was growing up and my Dad loved to look at property while the rest of us were at the beach. My brother had the dream of developing it and so we did. It is really a special place to me and I am so glad my kids and grand-kids love it too!
