This is a relaxing, quiet community, which is great for families, getaway weekends and reunions. You can enjoy sunrise on the bay in the morning and brilliant sunrises on the marsh at night. Fishing and crabbing in the bay, nature center nearby, plus Cedar Creek Boat Launch nearby. All porches are screened for maximum enjoyment.
Terms and Conditions: •A Rental Deposit of $500.00 and half (50%) of the rental amount is required at time of reservation to hold the Rental Period. The reservation is not considered final until the Rental Deposit has cleared the bank (in the case of a personal check). Owners will continue to offer the Rental Period for rent until the reservation is considered final. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.
The $500.00 Rental Deposit is required in addition to the rental fee.This security deposit will be refunded less the cleaning fee ($100.00) w/in 30 days of check-out assuming all terms of the rental agreement are met.

Residents have four-season tickets to some of natures most spectacular shows. In the spring with the influx of thousand spawning American Horseshoe crabs, famished migrating birds blanket the beach in search of tapioca sized (horseshoe) eggs.' Nature lovers will also enjoy witnessing the annual Diamondback Terrapin turtle nesting in the spring. In the summer fishing, crabbing, boating, biking and bonfires on the beach.
