About Keith Newman
We hope you enjoy our warm and friendly home which we had lived in for over 15 years. We chose this house because of location. It is close to everything we enjoy about Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A trip to center-city to attend the Philadelphia Orchestra, Ballet or Theater takes 15-20 minutes. It's the same distance to the convention center and the historical sights. Mass transit is just steps away from the front door. Great shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
What many people don't know is that Philadelphia is home to the nation's largest park: Fairmount Park. A walk down nearby Forbidden Drive with a stop at the Valley Green is simply romantic.
We love Philly and everything it has to offer, but we also enjoy the nearby Pocono Mountains (where I worked as a whitewater rafting guide, we enjoyed the fall foliage tours, and occasionally ski trip. The Atlantic City expressway will take you to the Jersey Shore in about the same amount of time. So come and enjoy our city, the history, the mountains, the shore and everything in between.

Why Keith Newman chose Philadelphia
Philadelphia is a vibrant and historic city. From our home with a view one can easily visit the world renowned Philadelphia Museum of Art and run up the 'Rocky' steps. Equally close is the Franklin Institute and the Academy of Natural Sciences/Natural History. The nation's first zoo and foremost primate center is just as accessible. Many of these places are visible looking out the back window. or standing on the deck. Philadelphia has many 'Bring Your Own Bottle' Restaurants which makes dining out pleasurable and affordable. Call me for some of my favorites.
