This comfortable 1500 sq ft. home is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 mins. from Texas A&M campus. This home offers a most comfortable master bedroom with attached bathroom, pillow top bed and soft linens. In addition, to the second guest room and bed, there is plenty of room for air mattresses and multiple families to stay. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including; juice, coffee, muffins, fruit and bottled water for your morning routine.

Relax in the kitchen or on the Patio with your loved ones, while watching your children or grandchildren playing on the playgroung in the large outdoor area.

After enjoying the festivities on campus, you can come home and barbecue on the large propane grill, or eat out at the nearby restaurants including, Christopher's World Grill, Cheddars, Texas Roadhouse, Wings and More and Olive Garden.

You will find everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Aggieland.

This house was perfect for our game day trip!

My family and I just loved staying at this little house! The master bed is so comfy, breakfast was yummy and everything was within easy travel time. The kids loved playing on the outside play equipment while the grown-ups just relaxed. Thanks so much for sharing your fabulous home with us!
