The vacation home (85m²) has 2-3 separate bedrooms, a large living room with a TV, couch, kitchen, coffee machine, and refrigerator, complete set of dishes and a furnished patio or balcony. You can also rent toboggans during the summer. You find a lot of sport and entertainment possibilities nearby, such as playgrounds, playing area, table tennis; a keep-fit trail, beautiful park with forest trail and a lot of other offers. Exclusively for you: indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, squash, badminton, bowling alley nearby, different events like a romantic camp fire, grilling, Bohemian and Bavarian nights, horse drawn carriage rides and massages. You can book a breakfast buffet or also a half-pension at the restaurant or you can just eat delectably. Connected to the property are beautiful bike, hiking and walking paths.

The vacation home lies on the outskirts of the decorated farming village of Zandt (2000 residents), about 10 km from the county seat of Cham (about 60 km away from Regensburg). In Zandt you can find everything that a vacationing guest would expect. Different shopping facilities like a butcher, baker, gas station, barber shop and self service shops, and also doctors and dentists. More inns and restaurants invite you to get to know the hefty Bavarian kitchen. Weekly entertainment programs like dance nights, Bavarian and Bohemian nights. Numerous community festivals and events do not allow for boredom. In close proximity you will also find a lot of attractions and natural monuments, like several 1000m mountains, lakes, burgs, castles, amusement parks, museums, only 22 km to the neighbouring land of Bohemia (Czech), you can go shopping for cheap here. Cities like Passau, Regensburg, Deggendorf, Straubing, but also Pilsen and Prague are inviting. A lot of beautiful forest and bike paths.

Ein wirklich schönes,sauberes und gemütliches Feriendorf.Waren 3 Peronen und ein Hund für 6 Nächte in einem Ferienhaus,von dem wir echt total begeistert waren.Piccobello sauber und richtig heimisch eingerichtet.Fühlten uns sofort wohl.
Das Restaurant und und seine hervoragende Küche hatten uns dazu eingeladen die Halbpension mit dazu zu nehmen.So konnten wir uns unter mehreren Speisen immer etwas aussuchen und jedesmal wieder von dem leckeren,frisch zubereitetem Essen und den reichhaltigenPortionen überraschen lassen.Frühstück war auch immer super und von allem etwas da.
Vorallem ist man mit einem Hund auch WIRKLICH mal willkommen und nicht nur geduldet.
ZU guter letzt: WIR können es nur empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.
Die 3 Augsburger und die braune Leila
Owner's Response: Die 3 Augsburger legten besonders Wert auf Ruhe und Natur, Sauberkeit sowie gute Unterbringung auch für den Hund. Wir freuen uns, daß wir diese Gäste sehr zufrieden stellen konnten.Spezielle Hundehäuser (mit eingezäunten Garten), sowie Hunde, die auch im Restaurant willkommen sind, ist für uns selbstverständlich.

gegend hervorragend
leute sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
ferienhaus war auch sauber,aber für sechs personen war das bad sehr klein ebenso die küche,aber trotz alledem ein gelungener urlaub und immer wieder gerne
man kann es weiterempfehlen
