Centrally located Studio located in the heart of SOMA (South of Market) district. Located on the 3rd story (top floor) in a 10 unit complex. Central location to restaurants, transportation, Moscone Convention center, and shopping.
Spacious studio was renovated in 2014 and is fully furnished with everything new. Stay for meetings at the Moscone Convention Center, located less than 1 mile. Or stay for fun and explore the sights of San Francisco.
Parking is available on Langton St. and surrounding streets in the neighborhood. Most streets have parking restrictions throughout the day, but at night there are no restrictions. Please keep in mind you are trying to park downtown San Francisco and finding a parking place is not guaranteed. There are parking garages in the area, within 3-4 blocks, that are available for a nominal fee. Rental prices do not include any expenses you incur to park a vehicle.
My husband and I rented Joy's apartment, during a conference at the Moscone Center. Joy was very helpful thru the whole period. The apartment is really nice and pretty much like the pictures. Everything is quite new, clean, bed was nice, and kitchen well supplied. The internet worked well but was slow sometimes, and the closet was a bit small for a couple, if you like to keep things out the luggage. But that didn't bother us, it was a really nice stay! The street is calm and we could find pretty much everything nearby, if necessary. San Francisco public transportation could take us easily anywhere, bus stop was one block away. I definitely recommend the apartment!
Studio is perfect for one or two. Newly remodeled. Location convenient for an easy walk or run to the Pier. Laundry and restaurants right around the corner. Owner extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed the flat. It's one room plus bath, but it worked well for the three of us (two adults and a teenager) - so much better than a hotel room. The kitchen is very well equipped and the flat is very clean. Don't be put off by the hallways, which aren't as presentable. We really enjoyed this part of the city -- it's not postcard-pretty, but it has its own atmosphere and lots of good restaurants, cafes (Sightglass), galleries ... The food-truck court at Harrison and 11th is worth a visit for good take-out.
The apartment was located in a really neat part of San Francisco. Joy was very well organized and we had no trouble getting into the apartment. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the apartment. Great HomeAway experience. Thanks, Joy!
The listing was very much accurate to what I experienced. The property was very well maintained and Joy was such a pleasure to work with. She emailed me promptly after I paid with the details on how to get into the apartment. When the code she emailed me did not work, she was very accessible (even when I called her around midnight). I had a great experience staying here and will definitely be staying again the next time I am in San Fransico. I felt quite at home and the bottle of wine and hand written card were a nice touch! You cannot go wrong staying here!
Lovely apartment with all necessary amenities. Having a code for the door instead of a key was sheer brilliance on the part of Joy, and the bottle of wine and card was a great touch upon arrival. The studio was very clean and easy to get around, and the location was convenient to the conference.
