! !NEW LUXURIOUS ONE BEDROOM IN SAINT GERMAIN! RUE SAINT SULPICE 4 PAX

We rented this apt. for our 10 day stay in Paris and were so pleased with everything. The location is excellent and in walking distance to many sites and close to metro stops. The owner was very helpful. The apartment was fresh and clean and beautifully decorated and appointed.
Bottom line is that we hope to return to Paris and rent this apartment again. It could not have been more perfect for us. We had a guest stay with us for 3 nights and she reported that the sofa bed was very comfortable too.

We have made many visits to Paris over the years and knew exactly where we wanted to be located this time. This rental was absolutely in the perfect spot. A quiet street VERY CLOSE to great restaurants, pastry shops, one of the best wine stores anywhere right on the corner, a food market with some of the best cheeses you'll ever find, movie theatres, taxi stand, 2 metro stations and more! My wife's sister stayed with us for 3 days very comfortably and when she slept in too long on her day of departure we were able to just scurry over to the taxis a block away and get her to the train station on time. Easy walk to almost anything but no need to go far to enjoy what Paris has to offer- shops, cafes, gardens etc. In fact we enjoyed meandering in our neighborhood more than going to tourist spots. The apartment itself is larger than it seems in the photos and the ceilings quite high and the windows very tall. The layout is great with good privacy for anyone sleeping in the living room in relation to the bedroom, the kitchen is well designed and more than adequate ( we only needed it for coffee, cheese, wine, pastries etc. we did not cook ), the bathroom is plenty big with a very very good shower and a seperate toilette room. It was so nice having the space for ten days, we did not feel like tourists and we even were able to have a couple of friends over for cocktails before dinner. The building is very secure and the apartment only 2 easy flights up, we did not use the nice elevator. I looked at hundreds of apartments on line before picking this one, save yourself the time and book this one!

We particularly enjoyed the location of this flat, two minutes away from Place St Sulpice and just around the corner from a fab French bakery. The furnishings were top notch, both bed and pull down couch were extremely comfy and everything was spotless.

There is a very good range of guide books on the shelves so don't bother bringing your own. Nearby Cours St Andre is very pleasant for 'cobbled laned hot chocolatey loveliness..'

A few cinemas too including an Art House place but avec les enfants - impossible!

One drawback is the noise from the street for those sleeping on the pulldown. I had to move into the bedroom but my husband and daughters slept soundly.

I was very happy with the security of the outside and inner doors.

A flat that can't really be faulted.
