The home 'Casa amarilla' is landscaped with tropical plants pick your own bananas!), palm trees, and lush lawns. Outside there is a built-in BBQ, large patio, and sparkling clean pool; the property is walled and gated for your privacy. The house is situated on a huge lot, and is the 'total package' . I have **REDUCED** the prices this year due to the economy.
Inside the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, tiled floors, living room and dining room areas, and two bedrooms - each with their own full bath and hand-painted sinks.
There are staris that lead to the 3rd level where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean, surrounding mountains, and of course the spectacular sunsets.
The home is tastefully well appointed, with eat-in dining area, plus couch and tv area with a dvd collection. WiFi is included also.
Lo de Marcos is a beachfront town, with a beautiful sandy beach that has an estuary at the north end, and tidepools at the south end. The town is a quaint, friendly, authentic Mexican village with unspoiled beaches, plus boasts excellent restaurants, basic grocery shopping, and several gift stores to find that cool artifact to bring home! The surrounding area is mountainous with jungle terrain; unbelievable views! There are close by tourist areas for more shopping; Sayulita 15 minutes to the south, and Rincon Guayabitos 15 minutes to the north.
The 'in' season begins November, the last half of november and well into December the ocean water is the warmest; although it is pleasant the entire season.
