You will discover a master bedroom with King pillow-top mattress, a walk-in closet, TV, original art, excellent reading lamps, and new luxury linens. Adjacent to the master is a large bright bathroom with outdoor access to a charming east-facing courtyard – the perfect sunny spot for your morning coffee. The master bath has dual sinks, plush towels, and a sunken Roman jetted tub and shower. It’s so cool to enjoy your shower with the sun pouring in while overlooking your private courtyard.
The second bedroom has a new Queen bed dressed with a fun animal print and new linens. One gorgeous designer lamp and one funky (you be the judge) lamp provide good reading light. Large mirrored closets offer ample storage. En suite in this bedroom is an adorable half bath. A third full bath is across the hall and is well positioned to both the second and third bedrooms. All three bathrooms have windows, and feature complimentary luxury soaps, lotions, and hair care products.
The third bedroom features a brand new Queen sleeper sofa, and sliding glass door to the pool and lanai. This room is quite large and triples as a media room and office. In addition to the sofa – which also has a nifty chaise on one end – you will find a fabulous Mitchell Gold recliner, another comfy chair, a 55' high-definition TV, and a great working desk with printer and fax, if you absolutely must work. There is also complimentary and secure wi-fi throughout the house. For your entertainment, please feel welcome to use the reading library and DVD and music collections. The fabulous Art Deco floor lamp and original art in this room came from one of the desert’s best consignment shops, and if you are nice to us, we will tell you where it is.
Your husband wants to watch golf and you want to watch a DVD? No problem. There is also a brand new 46' high definition TV in the living room. This room also features comfy plush furniture, especially the zebra overstuffed chair and ottoman. Set your drink on the McGuire woven leather end table and put your feet up.
Of course, your drink comes from the retro bar cart, well stocked with beautiful glassware – including some of our martini glass collection and signature Oregon wine country wine glasses collected from years of touring our beautiful wineries – crystal decanters, and martini shaker. It’s cocktail time!
Once you’ve eased into cocktails, it’s time to think about dinner. Should you stay in and cook on your brand new gas BBQ (gas line connected – no messy propane to deal with), or in your well-stocked kitchen, or should you stroll down to El Paseo and let someone else cook you a fabulous dinner? After dinner you will want to enjoy a swim in the big pool or a soak in the spa. Clothing optional – it’s private! Enjoy new high-end pool chairs with built-in drink holders, fun noodles, and pool games. The lot is huge and features a big covered lanai with an Agio furniture grouping, outdoor sink and BBQ prep counter, bubbling fountain, and desert landscaping punctuated with original art. And to top it all off, your outdoor living area also includes yet another new flat screen 42' TV.
Villa Sago also has boring things like a washer and dryer, 2-car garage with remote, and parking for your RV or boat. And not so boring things like a quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic, mountain views, and citrus (lemon, orange, grapefruit.) Pool and landscape maintenance is included in the price. You will find Villa Sago fully stocked from olive oil and coffee, to TP and paper towels.
South Palm Desert has a small town feel with all the amenities of a large metropolitan area. Villa Sago is nestled close to some of the most exclusive homes and country clubs in the Coachella Valley, but without that price tag. South Palm Desert – it’s THE place to be!
