Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This quiet and very private 'villa' is located in South Palm Springs, protected from the winds and with a beautiful view of Mt. San Jacinto. You are only steps away from the largest of the seven swimming pools in the Canyon Sands complex, and just a few more steps to the six tennis courts (two are lighted).

A vaulted ceiling makes the living and dining room areas feel very open, and floor to ceiling windows create a bright and airy feeling. Relax on the very private patio, interrupted only by the sound of your own water fountain.

In the living room, enjoy the 47 inch LCD HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD, and Home Theater Sound System that has an adapter for your iPhone, iPod, etc. A wet bar is nearby, filled with all the appropriate stem ware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and has a great view of the mountains as well!

The master bedroom has a highly upgraded king size bed, and offers a small office area which includes an all-in-one network printer, scanner, copier and fax. The wireless network is upgraded to the highest possible speed and bandwidth. The second bedroom has two double beds and connects to its own full bath. A washer and dryer are available in the two-car, attached garage.

Two adult bicycles are available for rides to nearby shops and restaurants. Families with children will love the nearby Knott's Water Park as well as the Family Fun Center (including miniature golf and go carts) less than a mile away on Hwy. 111.

Golfers rejoice - there are literally hundreds of nearby choices. Our favorite is less than a mile away - Tahquiz Creek Golf Resort, with two great 18 hole courses. Tennis players will LOVE the reconditioned and lighted courts inside the Canyon Sands complex.

Canyon Sands offers beautifully well kept grounds, including many mature shade trees. It is located 5 minutes from the airport, and just minutes away from multiple restaurants and casinos. The upscale Parker Hotel is across the street from Canyon Sands, and families with events occurring there would enjoy staying nearby with us.

This place has much to offer - most of all peace and tranquility.

This is our 'hideaway.' We wanted something quiet and private. Our other home is at the beach, and we enjoy the beauty of the desert as well!

What makes this condo unique

We love to come here to relax. The patio is very quiet and private. The pool is wonderful and never seems to be crowded.

Our stay was highly enjoyable. The owners of the unit were very friendly and helpful. They feel like friends rather than landlords. The unit was neat, clean, and well maintained. Everything we required was provided. The listing description and photos were very accurate. Canyon Sands is a desert oasis.

The pool was close by, the private patio area was perfect for that morning breakfast.

Great Condo and location with lots of surrounding grass for walking your dog.

Condo was furnished, equipped and supplied with everything one needs for a great relaxing vacation. The ability to drive right into the garage, equipped with an automatic door, with direct access to the condo was very convenient. The extensive lawns, right outside the front door were great for dog-walking. The completely private patio, with the sounds of falling water from two fountains, was the perfect place to sit and read in the morning and to eat in the evening. The pool was close, but not so close as to be obtrusive.
