This is our condo that is the most allergy conscious. This condo is occupied for 8 months of the year by a very allergy sensitive person. Every possible precaution has been taken to make this the most allergy friendly place possible. All mattresses and pillows have the highest quality casings and you can be sure that the cleaning in all of our properties is fastidious, and that is no exception here.

Beyond the allergies is the fun and fanciful decor with a love of Broadway theme. Wonderful art and framed posters adorn the walls creating a 'New York' excitement. It's the best of two worlds; glorious Victoria with its small city charms, beauty, and English influence and the contrasting pizazz of New York's big city draws.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed system that can be split into two twins if that bed configuration better suits your needs. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both bathrooms are elegant with their large granite vanity countertops. One has a stall shower and a soaker tub, the other a large glass door stall shower.

The kitchen is very well equipped and as with all of our suites include all of the supplies that you need to enjoy your stay. We provide, salt and pepper, oil, plastic wrap, foil, soaps of all kinds, paper goods, and of course, all high quality linens and towels. If you are missing something that you need, all you need to do is ask, we'll bring it to you.

The condo is equipped with high speed internet, has in suite washer and dryer and has a secure underground Private Parking space included in the rent.

The location is divine as the Belvedere building is just steps from everything awesome to do in Victoria. Shopping, Dining, Theatres and Festivals are less than two blocks away from the front door of the building. Government Street, which is only three blocks west acts as the heart of the tourism center, and a bit further down is Chinatown.

The vast majority of the “must see” landmarks of Victoria are your neighbours, The Empress, The Royal BC Museum, The Legislature/Parliament Building, Beacon Hill Park, Victoria’s Inner Harbour ,Whale Watching Companies and more. Amenities of the building include a Tastefully Decorated Grand Lobby, Underground Parking, a Game room with Billiards, TV and Lounge, and a Fitness Room with Cardio and Weights. All created by the award winning developer, Concert.

Why Liz chose Victoria

We bought this property for our daughter to live in while at University. The Belvedere is a very well reputed building and we were happy to invest here. The location is perfect for any and all of our needs and those of travelers as well.

What makes this condo unique

The building has a fitness room and an amenities room which is a nice feature. This particular unit was attractive due to many things, but being on the 12th floor with two balconies was certainly a draw.

Excellent location. The unit had been cleaned to our high standards when we arrived. And the beds were very comfortable. The property manager met us and gave us some invaluable tips especially re: restaurants. Victoria is a wonderful city to visit. Highly recommend visiting the Governors Mansion, taking a bicycle ride on the Beach Road, and seeing the can't miss Butchart Gardens. No regrets at all staying here.

This property was perfect for our stay in victoria. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many activities and restaurants even with our 3 year old twins. The cleanliness of the unit was also excellent and as a person with allergies that was wonderful. The unit appears as it is in the pictures. There are lots of windows and the unit is very bright and airy. The only thing thing to be aware of is that if you have the windows open in the master bedroom at night traffic can be a bit loud.
