Mendocino Coast Dunes is a short, ten minute drive from downtown Fort Bragg. It is set in the heart of MacKerricher State Park, famous for its white water surf, big sandy beach, sea lion colony, sand dunes and many trails for hiking and biking. A short walk down our private trail gets you to the start of the dunes and State Park, then a 10-30 minute across just under one half mile of fabulous dunes gets you to“Ten Mile Beach” with its breathtaking views of the Pacific coastline. Ingelnook Creek empties into the ocean here; safe area for children to play.
Sandrahla, the largest of the four homes at Mendocino Coast Dunes, which encompasses two landscaped acres with privacy fencing for each home. Perfect for larger groups, the Sandrahla is a four bedroom, three bath, 2650 sq. ft. home featuring a very spacious master bedroom/bathroom suite with a walk-in closet. Three additional themed bedrooms (Asian, Hawaiian, and Southwestern) provide spacious accommodations for larger groups. All bedrooms have their own sliding glass door to access the wide, wrap-around decks with dune views. The spacious, open yard is well-suited for outdoor activities, including hot-tubing, BBQing and other outdoor activities.
Inside Sandrahla you will find open ambiance with spacious living and dining areas and natural sky lighting throughout. The kitchen is open with tiled counter tops and a large service island offering plenty of room for food preparation and service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and flat ware.
Come enjoy this secluded property only minutes from downtown Fort Bragg, which offers additional activities, shopping and dining. Enjoy a pint at the legendary North Coast Brewing Company, catch the Skunk Train for a leisurely ride through the redwoods, and take a break from it all at one of the many restaurants or cafes Fort Bragg has to offer.
For the wine lover, don't miss Pacific Star Winery just right up the road a few miles. This winery is located on an incredible ocean bluff and offers many varietals of fine wines sure to please any pallet. Also makes a day trip through the majestic redwoods to wine tasting with scenic views in nearby Anderson Valley. Roederer (famous for their sparkling wine), Navarro Vineyards, Husch Vineyards and Lazy Creek Vineyards are just a few of the wineries that can all be easily visited.
The charming town of Mendocino is also just a short distance south of Fort Bragg. Built on the rocky bluffs of the Pacific, Mendocino is a picture-perfect coastal village. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views while walking down Main Street. Check out the gourmet shops, local wines, delicious food, and the many art galleries in town.

Rates listed for Sandrahla are per eight persons with a small fee for additional occupancy and pets (10 persons maximum, two night minimum). Owner maintained/managed for over 20 years.
