The practical American kitchen opens to the living room and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. The spacious living room is the highlight of the main house. A cream-color leather sofa in a post-modern design and the warm color tones of the parquet flooring make this room a comfortable area for conversations and social gatherings. Here the guest can find relaxation by the fireplace with a glass of wine or watch TV, (SAT-TV, flat screen 127x74 cm). The main house offers in 3 bedrooms (200x200m) 1 en suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with an en suite bathroom, space for up to 6 people. Guest house Kearee:
The 90 m² living space is separated among 2 floors. Through the patio (about 40 m²) you can get to the well-lit Mediterranean living room and the open American kitchen, which is equipped completely with all comforts. The furnishing is defined through its functional, modern design that gives this attractive, unpretentious guest house something special. An interest contrast to the lush green trees that surround the house. It also has a double bedroom (double bed 180x200cm) with an en suite bathroom. On the top floor you will find the larger bedroom (200x200 cm) also with an en-suite shower/bath, which is equipped in an Italian design. The large window and patio doors give the room a well-lit and sunny effect. The 50 m² patio has wood boards and is another place of relaxation in the guest house. The pool (10 x 6 m) is located on the property of the main house and is of course available for shared usage.
Longtermrental for wintertime:
For the longterm-rental in wintertime the guestehouse KEAREE is in the price included. Heating an power will be charged seperatilly. The deposite for a longtime-rental during the wintertime is Euro 8.000,--
Golf:
The property is located directly by the golf course of Son Vida, one of the most exclusive golf courses in Majorca. Nearby you will also find the golf course Son Muntaner, which was chosen as the best golf course for 2006. In June 2007, a third golf course also opened near Son Vida (Son Gual).
