Ideal Set Up for Larger Groups!

A group of friends and I stayed here for a skiing weekend. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for a group of 10 and gave us plenty of space. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, extra towels for the hot tub and trash cans on site!

Awesome Weekend at Blackhawk Home!!

My hubby and 4 of our children wanted a weekend to escape and chose this particular home. Spacious, very clean and homey too. We loved our time and were able to relax, shop in Galena and enjoyed the hot tub right in the backyard.The home is decorated beautifully!! Comfortable bedding and plenty of TV's, DVD's too. I would highly recommend this home and we would love to come back again even in the summer.

Great Girls Weekend!!

The house was exactly as described and more. We didn't know what to expect with the kitchen being fully stocked or not, and had planned on using a lot of disposable wear for the weekend. It was completely stocked, large pans, mixing bowls, enough china for 12! As the six of us that went have been in the hospitality business in hotels for quite some time, we are more than picky when it comes to cleanliness. This property didn't leave any of us with anything to complain about. Abby the person I spoke with during the booking arrangements, was prompt, polite and able to answer all of my questions. We will be back next year!

Relaxing Galena Getaway

The house was very well maintained and served our needs for a relaxing weekend. The weather was perfect and we were able to enjoy the outdoor living areas as well as the indoor. We only had four in our party but the house would of comfotably fit more. Our next trip to Galena will be during the winter months for a ski vacation.
