About Patty Dederick
My husband and I are retired and like to escape winters in the northeast by spending two or three months in Daytona Beach. So that our house does not sit vacant for the entire rest of the year, we offer it as a short term/ vacation rental. We try to make it nice and comfy for you and hope you enjoy your stay.
Patty Dederick purchased this house in 2014
Why Patty Dederick chose Daytona Beach
We bought this house in 2014; we had another house in Daytona and wanted something a little bigger and fell in love with this house immediately when we saw it. We had rented our previous house on the vacation rental sites and it had a 5-star rating based on 27 reviews. Unfortunately, because that house is no longer listed, those reviews are not available to you and we are having to start fresh again, that is with no reviews. We promise, though, we'll continue to provide the same quality of service that earned us the 5-star reviews in this new house, which is much larger and even nicer. We'd love you to be the first to write a review for our new home.
What makes this house unique
This house has a very welcoming feel. it is spacious with an interesting lay-out and handicap accessible. Also, the back yard is fenced, so it's safe for our 4-legged friends. My favorite thing is sitting on the front patio with the peek-a-boo river view and watching the sunset.
