Our villa sleeps 8 comfortably, with many areas for gathering or quiet time. Located on the #15 fairway of the Baytowne Golf course, the condo is all on the ground floor of the Tivoli by the Sea Villas. No steps at all, walk right into the unit. Parking is directly in front of the unit just a few steps from the front door. The Villas have their own heated pool directly out the front door and across the driveway.
You will notice the high raised ceilings with crown moulding as soon as you walk into the unit. The Mediterranean architecture, arches and many highly placed windows allow for maximum light.
We have just replaced the entire kitchen, cabinets, appliances, granite, and even new front loading washer/dryer. We have also just renovated the entire master bedroom and bath, new tile, cabinetry, shower, granite countertops.
The living room has a new 40'' HDTV, queen sofabed, loveseat and comfy overstuffed chair, amazing views of the golf course are everywhere. The dining room comfortably seats 6 and barstools at the new kitchen counter add 2 more seating spaces.
The king master bedroom has direct access to the lanai through the set of french doors, and a flat screen HD T.V. The extra large master bath has a double vanity, and a walk in shower. The master bedroom also has 2 closets.
The Twin Guest room has 2 twin beds, and a cherry armoire with a small television with dvd, and an adjoining private entry bathroom with a tub/shower.
The second king guest room has a king size bed, matching armoire which holds a television, DVD, high speed modem and router for complimentary wireless internet, and it has a separate bath with a shower just across the hall as well.
There is a brand new front loading full size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The oversized tiled and screened lanai looks onto the #15 fairway on the Baytowne golf course. Sit outside with an adult beverage and watch as the golfers play through the long fairway just outside the back door.
Walk right out the front door and across the street to the beach, Finz restaurant, and to the Hilton hotel with the Serenity Spa, Seagar's famous Steak Club, and the eye-catching Barefoot beach bar.
Sandestin Resort is now offering their tram service with a ''pay as you ride'' system.

The owners are locals, and are available to assist you during your stay. We provide great customer service. Bring the family, or a large group. Renters must be age 25 or older. This is a non smoking, no pets unit. No exceptions can be made.
