The majestic views of the mountains and Donner Lake from the oversized floor to ceiling windows draw you into the peace and tranquility of this beautiful home. Completed in August 2010, this elegant new construction is a Tahoe Contemporary 4 story home that boasts beautiful stone, slate and natural character wood accents. The open plan layout and vaulted ceilings ensure this home is the perfect setting for a large gathering of your closet friends or family. The large chef’s kitchen with slate floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances will make entertaining a delight. In the evening, you may choose to relax on the deck with a glass of wine and enjoy the star-filled sky -- or you may prefer to gather around the large oversized kitchen bar and plan your day tomorrow.

- Additional departure cleaning fee $325

- Tax 10% of rent and cleaning fee

- Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates
