It is close to the 101 and I10 Freeways. It is a little more than 90 minutes to scenic Sedona and Tucson. It is a little more than 3 hours to the Grand Canyon or Mexico and 4 1/2 hours to Las Vegas or Los Angeles.

Your home is less than a half hour or so from all the culture of Phoenix -- the Botanical Gardens, the Water Park, the Phoenix Zoo, the many theaters and almost unlimited dining choices.

Buckeye is a great location for all the amenities, convenient access to the 10 freeway, close to Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Sedona, Tucson, Mexico, and of course within 30 minutes to downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale.
We loved the surroundings of this area, and it's safety, as well as the walking distance within 2 minutes to The Sundance Towne Center
Peaceful and private for your enjoyment, and close to all the amenities too, with a south facing backyard and patio for full sunlight throughout the day, and amazing views of the Arizona sunsets.

My wife and I were very please with our home away from home. We were very comfortable and impressed.
The description and pictures for this property do not do it justice. The property is located on a quiet street just off the main drag in Buckeye but you would not know it. It is a very quiet and serene location that allows you to unwind after a busy day. It also for us an excellent choice as my wife is handicapped and finding suitable accommodation’s for longer stays is difficult. I would highly recommend it for anyone with a disability as it is barrier free and very spacious with plenty of room for someone in a power chair to get around. Also, the owners have added a ramp to allow access to the patio and backyard.
The location is excellent as many stores and restaurants are with walking distance. And if you are going to anywhere in the Phoenix area, Interstate 10 is only a minute away. And for those of you that are golfers as I, there are several options available which minutes away. One place that you do want to check if you golf, is Valley golf which is about 10 miles away on Indian School Rd. They have a state of the art driving range and is well worth the trip.
All in all, you definitely want to check this property out as I know we will be coming back again.
Great location. Close to shopping. Convenient access. Fully equipped,great decor, comfy bed and quiet. We were visiting our son and family and it was wonderful to come back to such a peaceful place after a full day with grandkids. Dr. Phil, the owner, was a delight to work with and provided great instructions and lots of information about the area. We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful getaway place.

This property surpassed our expecations, and we found the property discription very accurate. The home, and yard were immaculate, and the instructions left in the rental by Dr. Phil, was the most comprehensive we have ever seen and it included a lot of useful information. The home is fully furnished with everything we needed, the bed was awsome, and the home is located on a quiet area, with little traffic. The home is designed to accomodate wheelchair access throughout all area's of the home including the large shower. The owner responded to our emails promptly, and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a quiet vacation to the Phoenix area.
This is a very comfortable house. Everything is in close....groceries, gas, shopping....This is a very good price for the rental, just wished we could have stayed longer. We most definitely will look at this house first on our next trip to Arizona!!! We would rate it a 12 on a scale of 1-10!!!!
