The perfect get away for one to three couples. Large open area is perfect for retreat meetings or entertaining. The location is an easy walk or bike ride to the community center or just a short car ride to most major shopping outlets. Meet others at the community center to share ideas or just relax and look out over the lake.

The International raceway and two major ball team spring training activities are just minutes away. Thirty minutes away you can watch Canadian Steve Nash lead the Sun in exciting action or ten minutes away see the Phoenix Coyotes beat up the Oilers or Flames... : )

The community is so quiet and relaxing you will want to spend most your time just enjoying the local amenities. The old Car club show and shines, the wonderful old towns in the hills for you to explore or huge flea markets just minutes away that has unbelievable treasures at ridiculous low prices.

If you like to bike or hike the huge parks that surround the community offer endless trails and adventures. Come and enjoy.
