The sectional sofa in the living room contains a full size sleeper. Most of the bedrooms are large enough to set up a Pack-N-Play. There are 3 hallway baths on the 2nd floor. All 3 baths are new & 2 baths have a tub/shower combo & the 3rd bath has a new ceramic tile shower. All furniture, bedding and mattresses are new. For your convenience, linens (towels & sheets) can be provided as follows: 44 bath towels, 36 wash cloths, 16 hand towels, 20 beach towles, 9 dish towels, 6 bath mats - cost $250.00. Our home is designed primarily for our guest's comfort but we will consider small, non-shedding dogs. The permitted dog must be pre-approved and must be owned by the person signing the lease. If approved, the dog must be crated when left alone. Pictures of the approved dog and a signed pet addendum are required. NO visiting dogs or other family member dogs are permitted. Due to sod sensitivity, the yard should not be used for potty breaks. All dogs must be walked for potty breaks and the yard should not be used for this purpose.
