Fully furnished 1 bedroom condo. Well equipped kitchen. Nice sized deck with gas bbq.

Large bedroom with great queen bed and quality linens.

Park your car while in town. Our condo is a few steps away from free bus transportation to the ski mountain, the YMCA or town for dinner.

Access to the Warm Springs River is across the street or take a walk on the bike path. Mountain bike trails are a half a block away, ride right from the condo. Bike rack and ski storage available.

All of the wonderful Sun Valley activities are near by. Call us for more information about booking your trip!

I lived in the Sun Valley Area for 8 years. Work took me away, but I wanted to be able to return to enjoy all of the activities the area provides and share these same activities with others.

Great Cozy Condo. Description accurate. A pleasant week at the end of ski season. No crowds, gorgeous sunshine. Good location for downhill on Baldy Mt. as well as short drive to Galena Lodge for x-country and snow shoe activities. The YMCA facility is awesome. Locals all helpful and kind. Can't wait to return with our bikes to try out all the paved and mt. bike trails. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

This exceptionally clean, well-equipped condo is conveniently located halfway between downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs base area. Despite being on the 4th floor, the walkway from Warm Springs Road makes it very accessible for loading and unloading. Although we never used the public transportation system, it was conveniently located on the bus route. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions we had both before and during our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cozy condo

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is a quick 5 minute drive to the Warm Springs lift, which has better parking than the River Run lift. The condo has individual heaters in each room including the bathroom which are very nice. We found the kitchen well stocked and were able to enjoy several meals there because of it. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet/cabinet space for clothes. The owner contacted me and gave me all of the particulars before our arrival, & she was very nice to work with. We will definitely rent again.....

Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful condo. Everything was as indicated in the listing. We loved the deck and the grill. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Adequate for 2 people, convenient location to Ketchum.
Bed reading light with broken connection, not usable.
One of two bar chairs for dining with crushed- in seat, deformed.
2 bulbs out in ceiling, one in important hallway, no bulbs supplied to replace them, nothing to stand on if we wanted to buy new bulbs ourselves.
Can load and unload on street in front of unit and walk gangway, but parking is down a three story staircase below the unit. So need to be aware of the daily up and down from condo to car.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing
Owner's Response: I appreciate your comment and notice of the items that were not adequate. I immediately replaced the bar stools. If you had let me know there were lights out upon entry I could've let you know where the spare bulbs were in storage. We have since taken care of the items you were not satisfied with and appreciate your stay.
