We bought this 7/8ths acre property in 1992, and built the cottage recently. The old house was built in 1903 and is part of Mill Valley's history. We have travelled a great deal, and are always happy to return home to this delightful setting! Grown children are sometimes around, and we currently have 2 cats who roam the garden in the daytime...and sometimes a couple hens.
This property is close to San Francisco, and close to Mt. Tamalpais State Park -- a wonderful combination!
