We loved this condo!!!

As we opened the door, we were greeted with a bottle of wine (THANK YOU, Eraclio & Glenda) and surrounded by an amazing breeze from the beach. The condo was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. Everything was exactly as pictured. You'll enjoy the view from the balcony. Grab your glass of wine and go out there as the sun sets. What a superb view!

We didn't need to buy anything from Walgreen (which was a couple of blocks away), other than water. There were beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, shampoo/conditioner...you name it, and the condo has it. Check the bathroom closets as well as the closet near the dresser for everything you'll need.

Location is definitely key for us! The airport is a couple minutes away (almost across the street). Old San Juan is about a 10-15 min drive. We drove 30 mins to El Yungue National Forest. There are a number of good restaurants within a few blocks. Try Metropol. The best Mofongo ever! We go to Piu Bello for breakfast every morning.

Parking is a bit of an issue during the weekend as it gets busy. However, it's no problem during the week.

I honestly don't have any complaints. Eraclio & Glenda were both wonderful. They were readily available to answer questions. And they were so accommodating!!! Can't find better hosts.

This property is wonderful! My husband and I have been to Isla Verde before, and have always stayed in hotels. This was our first experience with VRBO. We chose this property because of the location ( which we are familiar with), the beachfront and ocean view, and the friendliness and professionalism of the owner. We were not disappointed. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach, and to eat in our favorite restaurants. The apartment was perfect for us; very quiet and comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and falling asleep to the sound of the surf. Eraclio and Glenda made us feel very welcome, and they were very accommodating. Although we did not need to contact with them with questions, we would have felt comfortable doing so - knowing that is important on vacation. We recommend highly!

This property was an amazing find! Sounds of the ocean calling you to wake up and lulling you to sleep. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset right from the balcony overlooking the water. Neighbors and staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds of the building are well maintained as is the apartment for the most part. There is evidence that the housekeeper for the property is not very thorough at cleaning nor keeping up the organization of the place after guests check out. I did have to wash and scrape a few dishes prior to using them as well as wash out the bathroom sink. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time there and will likely re-rent for our next trip. The owners are amazing!

We truly enjoyed our visit in this beautiful condo in Isla Verde. The owner was very accommodating in letting us split our week before and after a cruise. The condo was everything as advertised. You couldn't get any closer to the beach and the ocean breeze through the condo was wonderful. We would definitely rent this place again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Excellent apartment, what you see in the pictures is exactly the same, very cute, you can see the sea from the balcony, the owners are great and very good people, and I traveled to Puerto Rico and the hotels are expensive, this apartment is While comfortable, the bed super good, is furnished like your own home, just in short very very very good, I recommend it 100 percent.....just goooooooooo , really, every year I travel to the island and never have never found something so cute, comfortable, and excellent conditions as seen in the internet
