THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WATERFRONT IN THE HAMPTON'S. 7BEDS, 4 ACRES THE BAKER ESTATE

My extended family stayed at this wonderful property for Thanksgiving and we could not have asked for a better experience. The house is situated right on Peconic Bay and the view is simply breathtaking. It's simply elegant without being trashy or overdone. There was ample room for 15 of us, and the large, modern, kitchen allowed us to cook a spectacular Thanksgiving meal. The little town of Hampton Bays was fun to check out. Don't miss the Italian sandwiches at Scotto's, or the delicious fish from Cor-J's. The owner was polite, helpful and easy to deal with. One of our best rental experiences ever.

We just returned from one of the best family vacations we've ever had. Staying in this gorgeous house in Hampton Bays was such a nice way to spend qualiity time with extended family members. We were 4 families - 8 adults and 5 children ranging from infant to teenagers. The house was big enough so that we all had plenty of room to spread out comfortably while having the opportunity to relax, eat and hang out together everyday. The breathtaking view and grounds were spectacular and we were minutes to ocean beaches, tennis and great shopping. The owners were so gracious and made us feel even more welcome. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy time in the hamptons with a large group!

We rented this house for a family get-together in 2011 between Christmas and New Year and it was just perfect! The house has so much character! The views are breathtaking! Long walks on the beach that is steps away from the house are unforgettable. The house was very comfortable. In addition to being beautifully decorated it felt so right from the beginning! The main room can easily accommodate a large family. Each of the bedrooms is unique and has a perfect view. I am not even talking about bathtubs - one needs an extra few days just to enjoy! Another treat is the kitchen - it has everything one can need for a good home cooked meal and family gathering. It is spacious, welcoming and beautiful. Access to the Internet, large TV set and all technological advantages of these days are present in the house, so any teenager will be content.

The house is situated in a very quiet and private lot, but is very close to everything - town center with grocery store, exceptional pizza place, local bakery, Starbucks, and many great restaurants. One can take a beautiful road to travel up and down the cost that is minutes away.

One of the main treats that this house offers are its owners. Suzie and Beau are the perfect hosts and it was such a pleasure to talk to them about anything - from fashion and design to support of a local dog shelter. We brought our dog with us and left with one more - Sophie joined our family from the local shelter and we can not thank Suzie and Beau enough for letting us have her in their clean, beautiful house without hesitation!

If one wants to have a family reunion in a place where everyone is together but at the same time feels at home and have enough privacy - this is The Perfect House. I am hoping that we can make this trip a tradition!
