The apparent is in a central and quiet location, 10 walking-minutes from the Stephan’s Dome. It is very near to the public transportation network (underground, streetcar, bus). You can leave your car and discover Vienna by walking or with the bicycle. The apartment is elegantly completely furnished, on the 3rd floor with elevator. It is an idyllic, calm place with old trees, cafes and urbane infrastructure. It is equipped with double bed (180 large), 2 coach (140 and/or 80 large with 5 sleeping places, dining room with 6 chairs, complete furnished kitchen, bathtub, hair dryer, WC, washing machine and iron. There is cable TV with 30 programs, Internet connection (broadband, always available, without additional costs, you must bring along however your own laptop with network map).

Relax in the nearby Stadtpark (City Park), Prater or on the lively banks of the Danube Canal, which also offers a town sand beach and outdoor pools on boats. Parking is available nearby. Two underground stations (Nestroyplatz U1, Schwedenplatz U1 and U4) are within five minutes walking distance. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and shops can be found in the immediate neighbourhood. Three underground stops to the International Organisations, (UNO, IAEA, UNIDO), the conference centre and the trade fair (Messegelände)

Very nice appartment

We stayed with a family of five in this appartment. The place was very clean, peacefully decorated and well-equipped.
After a whole day in the city a nice hide-out to eat (affordable) in this neighbourhood.
Walking to the city was a piece of cake from here.
The owner was very helpful, friendly and flexible.
We can really reccommend this place.

Comfortable, Convenient, Well Equipped Apartment

I came to Vienna to teach at the university for five weeks and brought my parents, who are in their mid seventies, and two teenagers. The apartment was extremely accomodating for all ages. There was a lift available for my parents, when they were too tired to walk the stairs after a long day in the city. We enjoyed how convenient the apartment was to all shopping, tourist attactions, and subway stations. The subway station, which took us to all main parts of the city, was located just a few minutes from the apartment. The apartment was a quiet welcome retreat located on an attractive tree-lined street. The apartment was clean, attractively decorated and very well equipped with internet, full kitchen, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and cleaning supplies. We would recommend this apartment to any traveler visiting Vienna.

Being in Vienna for a conference, my friends and I were looking for a nice place to stay close to the conference center and from the city Center, and we found it. The apartment was clean,quiet, big enough for the four of us, and provide all the amenities we were looking for: full-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, internet.. Either you decide to go out or stay in for dinner, you'll find what you need in close walking distance. We definitely recommend this place if you go in Vienna for business and/or vacation.
