Around 15 minutes from Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea – you will find our brand new Finca-home in a splendid natural setting: Finca „Anno“: A cosy furnished apartment is waiting for you. You will find a living room with open kitchen, separate bedroom and bath. (Sat-TV and heating inclusive)The apartment features a private sunny terrace with fantastic overlook to the mountains. Close to the house you find the swimming pool and outdoor seating overlooking a lovely area for a leisurely manner. It is a perfect place for relaxing. In the near area you can reach the next white ‚pueblos’ Monda, Guaro or Coín, with good opportunities to enjoy the rich varieties of Spain (shopping, sports, restaurants, excursions and more). For sport-lovers there is abundant choice on this special part of the coast: golf, sailing, motor-cruising, surfing, hunting, shooting, horse riding and only 2 hours by car you reach the 'Sierra Nevada'.

Finca Anno is situated in a quiet area between two nice white villages, Monda and Guaro. Here you can enjoy the country side and also the beach. You will reach Marbella and the Coast in around 20 minutes by car. You find new shopping centres very close and many possibilities for sport-friends: Gun- & Country Club also with Quads etc. The distance to the airport is around 50 minutes by car.

Ski: Skiing is possible in the mountains of the 'Sierra Nevada' - only 2 hours by car away from here.

Golf: Costa del Sol is the most popular golf-coast. You find many Golf courses very close.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, da wir die Naehe zum Meer sowie die Berge tolll fanden. Alles ist in erreichbarer Naehe - auch durch die gut ausgebauten Strassen. Restaurants, Sehenswuerdigkeiten - es gibt alles in der Naehe .... und dann das schoene, saubere Apartment mit allem, was wir uns vorstellten.
Sehr hilfreich waren die Informationen der Vermieterin. Wirklich empfehlenswert - ein urlaub, so wie wir uns es vorstellten. Danke ....
