Please note that the pool is scheduled to be closed March through December of 2013 for construction of the new clubhouse. The resort has made arrangements for guests to use the pool at the Ramada about 2 miles in the interim. For your next vacation plan on visiting us at Regal Oaks, a new resort just 3 miles from the Disney World main gate. Whether you want to visit the many attractions in the area or just relax around the pool taking in the sunshine and enjoying the view of the natural lake, Regal Oaks Old Town offers a luxury resort experience with all the comforts of home. Regal Oaks Old Town is the perfect location for your next getaway. Located right behind Old Town Kissimmee and just minutes from Disney theme parks, outlet malls, restaurants, golf courses and a short hours drive away from Florida’s warm beautiful Atlantic beaches, you will be surrounded by all that central Florida has to offer.

Hotels simply cannot compete with the accommodation value that is offered here. We offer a fully furnished 4 bedroom townhome with all of the amenities of your own home for a fraction of the cost of a hotel. Overall costs are reduced dramatically including food, gas, and entertainment.

Our spacious four bedroom three bath townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area, spacious bedrooms and private baths. Perfect for a family or large party who prefer the privacy of their own self-maintained villa. The modern fully equipped kitchen includes a Microwave, full size Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Toaster and Coffee Maker. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 HD TV’s with over 70 channels. High speed internet is provided free as is telephone service that includes all domestic long distance calls. There is a safe in the master bedroom closet and a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The townhome accommodates up to 10 people with a King bed in the upstairs master suite, 2 twin beds in the 2 other upstairs bedrooms and a Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The sofa pulls out to sleep 2 people. We provide all linens and towels as well as some hand soap and dishwashing soap. Laundry supplies will need to be purchased separately.

Old Town Kissimmee is located adjacent to the town homes at Regal Oaks Old Town. This friendly attraction is a must see while on your Kissimmee vacation. Walk down the brick-lined streets of Old Town and go into the specialty shops. Saturday nights are special at old town for the weekly car cruise that features classic, muscle, antique and many other varieties of specialty cars from many different decades. Old Town offers a variety of rides and attractions for the whole family at a fraction of the cost of the big parks. The Fun Spot boasts a huge bungee jumping tower and a swing ride that starts from and extreme height. There is also “Fun Town” where the young ones can enjoy rides a little tamer!

There is parking for 2 cars.

About The Owner

We are local owners residing near Cocoa, FL. We are available to assist you in your stay in any way we can. We are retired/semi retired and come to stay in the townhome ourselves when it is not rented. We are big Disney fans and visit as often as possible.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
Why The Owner chose Celebration

We purchased this townhome primarily because of the location and that it is so new. Though it was built in 2007 we were the first people to actually stay in it. We enjoy going to the Fun Spot particularly in the evenings to see the cars and visit the odd and various shops that make up the area.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week and it was a great deal with lots of space. The location was wonderful because we were very close to Disney World and we didn't have a lot of traffic to fight through unlike the Lake Buena Vista area. There is a mini amusement park next door but we couldn't hear anything from inside the townhouse. The kitchen was well stocked and had all these condiments, seasonings, teas and mini creamers. Thank God there is a washer and dryer because there weren't enough towels to go around and we washed them frequently. There was plenty of space for everyone and more than enough beds. I like a softer mattress and the king and queen beds are rather firm. There were a lot of extras such as rain ponchos, an umbrella, board games and DVDs. Overall it is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay that my in-laws approved of.

The photos and description of this house accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities listed on VRBO. The house was EXTREMELY clean and WELL organized. Everything we needed was there. Close to restaurants, stores, Kissimmee Old Town and minutes away from theme parks. The owners were very polite, kind and helpful when called. A perfect place for gathering family and friends. Family members that visited us during our stay are interested in renting this property in the future. This property was PERFECT for us, we felt like home and didn't want to leave the house. We will recommend this property without any reservation. Definitely, we will rent this property AGAIN whenever we travel to the Kissimmee area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. Excellent location and great accomodations for a large group/family. Appreciated the small amenities like ice in the freezer, condiments, WIFI, and games in the closet. Owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions. Condo is neat, clean, quiet, and perfect for a larger family. The condo is a great value for what we received and we will definitely tell our friends and family.

This was a beautiful 4b/3 full baths townhouse, well equipped, at an excellent location. It is extremely clean and the property owners are very accommodating and kind. We travel to Orlando on average once a year and have stayed from Westgate to Orange Lake Resort but this has truly been one of my favorite places to stay. It’s a small site but very well kept, clean, safe, and a convenient location. The pool area is not very big but a perfect size for the site. Although there isn’t much to do on site, downtown Kissimmee and Fun Spot is only a few steps away (walking distance) and Disney is only a few miles away. This is perfect for families with small kids or teenagers. This is also a very pet friendly area. We will definitely return.
