Located in the upscale Bermuda Dunes Country Club gated community, this condominium is as spacious as a home – a great place to come back to in comfort. It has a two car garage and a total of 1875 sq feet. The common area is an open space linking living room, dining room, and kitchen with plenty of windows, feeling open and well lit. This condo is newly furnished with plush upscale furniture and newly renovated. Enjoy the 40” LED TV in the living room with Cable including HBO and the Golf Channel. It also has a gas fireplace to cozy up on those stay-in nights.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed fitted with new comforters and a rollaway bed in times of those extra guests. The master bedroom also has a 32' TV to view from the comfort of your bed.

Each bathroom provides two sinks and an easy to access spacious walk in shower which can also be used as a shallow bathtub.

The two car garage provides easy storage and access to the house through the kitchen.

It is a ground floor location which is great for access. And the Bermuda Dunes Airport is just 5 minutes away while the Palm Springs Airport is just 19 miles away. The Bermuda Dunes Country Club community has a 24-hour gated entrance with security. It is located with access to the Interstate 10 and Highway 111. It is located next to Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Indio, and La Quinta. It is maybe fifteen minutes away from Cathedral City and twenty minutes away from Palm Springs (19 miles from the Palm Springs airport). There are over 300 golf courses in the vicinity.

About Young Kim

We just recently purchased and renovated this condominium. We consider this home our vacation from city life in Los Angeles and want to make it as comfortable as possible. We have stayed a couple of weekends but plan to enjoy the desert life along with all the area golf courses starting April 2012.
