This warm and inviting south Palm Springs, mid-century beauty welcomes you like a tropical breeze with it's wonderful, open layout, and floor-to-ceiling wall of windows looking out onto the lushly landscaped backyard and beautiful swimming pool and spa.
Located on one of the prettiest streets in the prestigious and historic Deepwell neighborhood, this peaceful retreat features breathtaking mountain views, abundant light, and the ultimate in privacy.
Location: The Deepwell Neighborhood, located in South Palm Springs in one of the town's most sought after areas. The neighborhood is impeccably maintained - beautifully landscaped - and consists of a broad collection of mid-century architecture. Most homes here were built in the 1950s and 1960s. It's old, classic Palm Springs with a modern flair. The streets are pristine and picturesque with truly impressive mountain views. Walking around the streets of Deepwell is both interesting and relaxing.
The town center of Palm Springs is just a mile away and easily reachable by bicycle, a nice jog or a few minute drive.
We stayed at this lovely home October to December of last year and it was a fantastic experience. The home is perfectly located in one of Palm Springs most lush areas with great views of the mountains and Palm trees. We enjoyed walking to breakfast in the morning and having it out on the patio. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped with great views! We loved it.
We just ended an 5 night stay at this wonderful home and cannot say enough great things about our time, the home, and our hosts Chris and Jeff.
The house itself was acurately described on the website - it's in a fantastic location - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs (a few minutes by car, although we brought bikes and this was a great way to get there too) and the neighborhood is extremely lush, palm trees and citrus trees everywhere, stunning mountain views, and well-maintaned homes from the 50s and 60s - so Palm Springs. This is one of the fancier parts of Palm Springs, but it isn't stuffy at all. Super friendly neighbors.
The house was the perfect retreat for our family of 6. Well laid-out, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice towels, big rooms with nice furninshings and tasteful decor...very clean...we couldn't have asked for more. We had a few problems operating the TV since there is an apple tv, cable and a sound system - but that confuses me at my own home. The property manager, Jeff, was very helpful and came over to reset the TV.
The pool and spa are gorgeous, the yard is completely private....nice patio furniture, barbeque, outdoor shower...we miss it already and will surely be back!
All I can say is that we completely loved staying at your beautiful home! The house and layout were amazing, so conducive to indoor/outdoor living. We loved how the living room/dining room had a wall of glass and sliding doors onto the patio, backyard and pool area. The weather was just perfect, between the 80s and 90s and we spent our days lounging around in the sun, pool and hot tub. The outdoor dining area was great for our leisurely dinners. The house is in great condition, really clean and beautiful decor. Its location is ideal as well, it's only a few minutes from town and located on a quiet street. We stayed for over two weeks and would have loved to stay longer. In addition to our excessive lounging, we did some day trips to hike in the canyons, the living desert, airplane museum and, of course, had some great meals out.
We can't say enough great things about this home. We will definitely be back again.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review for my amazing stay at this gorgeous property. The house was absolutely stunning and it was as comfortable as it was beautiful. The kitchen is state of the art and we were able to cook delicious meals and eat them in the shade of the back patio which is lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and luxurious and the pool area is completely private and pristine. I was actually recovering from a surgery so sitting by the pool in complete privacy and comfort was just what the doctor ordered. The owner was really welcoming and made my stay feel like I was going to an old friend's house to recuperate and since I will definitely be going back, I hope to some day count him as my friend. This property is a gem and I only hope that next time I want to visit, it is still available. Enjoy it!
This house simply feels like Palm Springs. And it's close to downtown and the airport. Big rooms, remodeled, fireplace, outdoor dining area, and a great pool (and jacuzzi)!
This is the best rental I have stayed at in Palm Springs to date. Its clean, comfortable, quiet and still practically walking distance to everything! Loved it!
A great place with everything we needed. Great location. Quiet street. The pool & spa are amazing with spectacular views. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, with an amazing living room/kitchen/dining room. Very open. Love the outdoor space.
