Beautiful 2BR, 1BA (sleeps 6) ground floor with patio just steps to beach

You get a nice tropical resort feel in this ground floor (no stairs or elevator!) condo. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the 5 acre low-rise resort boasts a large pool and lush gardens. This unit is one of the closest units to the heated pool, but it's around a corner, so you're as close to the pool as you can get, without the pool noise.

This one also includes a completely private and fenced-in back patio with a table and chairs where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink or just relax in the warm weather.

You can use the fully appointed kitchen or you can BBQ just outside. Included is internet access, hundreds of TV channels and free long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. The condo is sparkling clean and freshly renovated with granite counters, crown molding and ceramic floors. Two bedrooms, and it has comfortable new pillow-top mattress beds in both bedrooms.

Includes a pack-and-play crib and high chair if requied.

This unit is family friendly. It includes a pack-and-play crib and high chair right in the closet - free for you to use if you need it. It's also tucked away in a quiet part of the complex away from the busy road - plus the fenced-in yard and lack of stairs to climb makes nice and safe for kids.

For this unit, your rent includes access to an on-site helpful front office. They are there to help you with any problems or questions and make your vacation as stress free as possible.

There are excellent restaurants and family friendly entertainment options (Smuggler’s Cove Adventure Golf) within walking distance. A short drive to Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass allows you to experience the area’s most popular attractions.

About Mark Staecker

We live in Canada and have two young kids. We enjoy taking family beach vacations in Florida when the weather starts getting cool up here. We'll sometimes do a day trip to Disney from our condo, but for us, the highlight of Florida is always Florida's beautiful beaches and warm pool weather. We like a lot of the activities that you can only enjoy along the water - things like boat tours and deep sea fishing

Why Mark Staecker chose Indian Shores

We found the Barefoot Beach Resort while on vacation in the area. We came back a few times and loved the resort so much that we jumped on the opportunity when one of the best units in the complex came up for sale. Now we go down often - and still love it.

What makes this condo unique

We lived in the Clearwater – St. Pete’s area for years before moving back home to Canada (and before having kids) so we are very familiar with this area. When we lived in Florida, Indian Shores was always our favorite stretch of beach because it has beautiful sand and is quieter than some of the tourist-packed stretches of beach (like Clearwater Beach.) In our opinion, it's probably the nicest beach in the area. It's also close to John's Pass which is an area we love for entertainment, bars and restaurants.

We recently rent this condo for one week on July. We really had a good time. The apartments is close to the pool, BBQ. The apartment was extremely clean and have everything you need. The owner was very helpful and manage my request with professionalism. The beach is across the street and have many restaurants close to the resort. We definitely will come back next year, and I will recommend it to all my friends and relative. Thank you Barefoot for an awesome vacation. See you next year!!!
