NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENT IN HISTORIC CARRIAGE HOUSE ON QUIET STREET

After sweating negotiating the narrow alley/street and pulling the car in front of two driveways to unload our stuff, we were happily surprised at this delightful apartment. The pictures don't give an appreciation for how thoughtfully designed and appointed it is, from the Keurig coffee maker (and provided coffee and tea!), the flat-screen tv with surround sound (and a selection of movie DVDs), to the excellent shower stall and comfortable beds. Everything was sparkling clean and neat, and all amenities were well thought out. The location made for easy walks to center city. We parked our car in a nearby lot for $17 a day and walked or took cabs everywhere. The owner was very responsive to emails, and the cost was reasonable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Philadelphia.

The photos of the apartment accurately depict the real thing. It was very clean and well maintained, secure and located on a quiet side street. All of the appliances and amenities are brand new and of excellent standard. In particular, we appreciated the nice added touch of the coffee machine. The location is central and easy to get around, and the info box provided lots of useful information for things to do, restaurants, nearby grocery stores etc.

The apartment was exactly as pictured with many extras. It was quite, very clean, and secured. First line appliances, dishs, utensils, pots & pans, towels, bed linens, large flat screen TV, excellent sound system, wireless internet connection. More than adequate! The ower was very helpful and went that extra mile to make our stay in Philadelphia a great experience. The location was very central and easy to get around. Philadelphia is a great and friendly city. Local transportation, via bus, was excellent. We used the train, two short blocks from the apartment to visit our family in New Jersey.
