This beautiful condo rental offers you access to the world-class golf course and tennis courts at Mission Lakes Country Club. Snack bar and restaurant are also available for your use.

The Mission Lakes CC also features a resort size swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi.

MLCC Golf Course is a semi-private championship length course open to the public. Golfers are treated to breathtaking panoramas of mountains, green fairways and the valley below. The four finishing holes are considered to be the four toughest in the Desert.

I chose to purchase this condo because it close enough to where I live full-time in Lake Arrowhead and offers a completely different atmosphere. Even when we're there for only a few days we feel we're on vacation. The golf, tennis and swimming make it a complete and enjoyable package.

Only a few steps to the condo pool and spa. This is a very quite area where you can enjoy an early morning or evening stroll throughout the area.

We rented this condo for Feb and March 2013 everything was good lots of towels bedding etc the grounds were well kept the only negative thing is there are no controls on who the owners rent to so there were some less than desirable people they did not bother us but you were aware they were there. I would have preferred that we pay a $100 cleaning fee but we had to clean the unit ourselves
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

and per your suggestion we have instituted a $100 professional cleaning fee. As we also discussed
you mentioned how much you enjoyed the pools, the golf and the dining. The tennis courts have also
been completely redone and are in excellent shape. Minutes away from Palm Springs and the
rest of the Desert, this location is ideal for exploring the museums, hiking, the casinos and all
this internationally renowned resort playground is noted for at a very affordable price.
