2 Bed, 2 Full Bath condo located minutes from some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room provide a perfect home away from home. Masterbed room features a king size bed with on-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds with bathroom accessable by the hallway or bedroom. Twin beds easy convert to a king bed with special mattress pad. Perfect for two couples to share with each having a spacious room and private bath. Kitchen well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Step out on the balcony and catch a glimpse of the beautiful pool and hot tub just steps away. The tranquil sounds of the golf course compliment the area.

After enjoying a day at the pool or at the beach, rest assured that you will always be able to find a new or unique place to eat. The area is surrounded by wonderful eateries; from the small and quante to the large and loud, this area has it all.

Spend a week down here and you will never want to vacation anywhere else

About The Owner

My name is Lynn and I am a school teacher. My husband, Dave, works in the trucking industry. We enjoy experiencing new things and going different places together. When we decided to purchase this property in 2002 we couldn't have been happier.

Why The Owner chose Isla del Sol

We were originally introduced to this area from a friend of mine. After traveling down with them a few times, we fell in love. The area is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive from Tampa International Airport and only 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. There are so many different and unique beaches you can visit while down here. We love this place for the quiteness at our condo, but the abilty to drive just a few minutes and enjoy the sunset on a rooftop bar with a live band playing in the background. This area offers so many great and unique attractions that we always find something new while down here.

What makes this condo unique

We love our condo and the area that it is in. Since it has a second bedroom and bathroom, we are able to bring down friends when we come here and we never feel cramped. The pool and hot tub are just feet from our condo and we enjoy the convience. The full kitchen and dining room provide us the opportunity to stop at Shaners is Pass-a-Grille and grab some of their fresh meat or fish and cook in the comfort of our own place. It truly feels like a home away from home. There are so many things to do and see here that being bored is never an option.

Between two beaches. Number one rated park in united states 5 minutes away. Beautiful beaches and sunsets. Many restaurants, bars, stores, and meat market close by. Just across the bridge from the beautiful Don Csar Hotel. Very easy to get to everything you need.

My family and I stayed at this property for 10 days in July 2012. This condo is absolutely great and very spacious. It’s well maintained and very clean. The condo is fully equipped with all the basic needs. We enjoyed BBQ in the balcony because it has a great view of the pool, golf course, and Florida sky with its birds! The beaches around the area are absolutely beautiful! I recommend Pass-a- Grill and Fort-De Soto. For adventure I recommend speed-boat located in Tierra Verde a 5 min drive from condo. Lynn is a very easy person to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for a quiet area and at same time adventure. Is definitely worth your money!

AMAZING!!!

My wife and I stayed at this property July 2011. This condo is absolutely beautiful. We took a couple of our friends down with us since it has a second bedroom and bathroom. We never got in each other ways in the mornings or when we just wanted our own space. The condo is located right behind where the pool is which makes is very convenient. In addition, we were just minutes from places like St Pete's beach, Pass-a-grill, and just a short drive to Ft DeSoto. This property has a wonderful location because it is so close to everything (just a few minute drive) but secluded and quite.

The owner's of the property were great and easy to work with. You can tell that they truly care well for their property. It was an absoutley great experience and I hope to do this again soon.
